I previously wrote about the effects of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) on promoting mental health and reducing anxiety. What about other alternative approaches? The movie for one thing didn't have a whole lot of bare-knuckle fighting and replaced it with more of heavy gun play. It had virtually no plot to speak of and the two main actors, Raul Julila a respected theater trained actor and Jean-Claude Van Damme an action star should never been on the same state with each other.

The saddest part of this movie was the fact that it was Raul Julia's final motion picture. Not a good way to go as an actor.
